Groupement Médical Praz-Palud SA is a medical group practice located in Echallens that brings together mainly general practitioners but also part-time specialist doctors. Its aim is to offer the population of Gros-de Vaud the widest range of family medicine services in a single location, as well as specialized consultations in cardiology and gynecology and nursing consultations in diabetology.
It is a training ground for future general practitioners and medical assistants.

Thursday afternoon, a GP is present to deal with emergencies for patients treated in the practice, but the GMPP is not organized as a duty service and cannot deal with emergencies for patients treated in other practices.
