About us
Physiotherapy
As a specialist in movement and mobility, as well as an expert in functional disorders and pain, I accompany you on the path to your well-being and help you acquire a degree of autonomy.
I offer services designed to restore, improve and/or maintain the quality and completeness of your body's movements disrupted by illness, pain, accident, disability, aging or any other environmental factor.
My role is therefore to help you recover the maximum of your physical capacities according to your own recovery potential while promoting your autonomy.
I receive and advise people of all ages (older children, teenagers, adults, the elderly) and from all walks of life (work, sport, music). Each patient is unique, and benefits from treatment tailored to his or her situation and pathology.
Physiotherapy also has an important place in health promotion with healthy people, and offers care and advice on a preventive basis
Hypnosis
The therapist accompanies the patient with his or her presence and voice throughout the therapy session. It will help create a self-healing context for the body and mind to regain well-being and create the desired change in the patient's life.
Note that the patient is 100% actor of his change and retains absolute control of his body and mind during and after therapy sessions.
Before beginning the pure hypnosis session, the therapist takes the time to welcome the patient's feelings, emotions and concerns in order to identify as accurately as possible, the course of action to follow to create the desired change.
The hypnotic state, which, let's remember, is totally natural, lies between relaxed wakefulness and light sleep.
Two phases of our consciousness particularly conducive to the suggestions the therapist makes with the aim of initiating the desired inner change
