Très satisfait du service et de la qualité
Ayant acheté un système de grill complet vers la fin des années 90 à une société maintenant disparue, j'ai eu besoin de rajeunir et changer certains éléments; après recherche sur internet sur une société spécialisée en grills et BBQ, Lüchinger apparait en première position; je me rends chez eux et la patronne, en voyant le moteur et autres pièces me dit "Ah, mais c'est nous qui les fabriquons, ils ont évolués par rapport à ce que vous avez, mais on s'en occupe". Le service après-vente que j’espérais a été fait à 100%, à ma grande satisfaction!
