We are the Auberge de la Croix-Verte, nestled in the heart of the Gruyère countryside in Écharlens, three minutes from the Bulle motorway exit.

Here, you will enjoy a warm and authentic welcome in a friendly setting, with a terrace, ample parking, and large rooms for hosting special events.

We offer seasonal cuisine that showcases our local produce: from fish and grilled meats in summer to game specialties in the fall.

Open Wednesday through Saturday until late, and Sunday during the day, we are ready to transform your meals into unforgettable moments.
