The Mathys joinery is run by the second generation. The joinery with its modern machinery is located in Efffingen in the beautiful Fricktal. The family business is particularly specialized in the production of furniture and kitchens according to customer requirements / repair and service work.

Of course, we are also your professional and reliable partner for all other joinery work.

Christoph Mathys

History

The company was founded as a wood shop/joinery in 1981 as a sole proprietorship by H.-R. Mathys. Over time, more and more carpentry work was carried out and the trade in wooden goods of all kinds declined. The premises were constantly expanded and extended. 

In 1996 two permanent carpenters were employed instead of temporary staff. 

The company passed into the next generation in 2000 when the new owner Christoph Mathys took over.

In 2008 the workshop was extended and expanded, the machinery was enlarged and various adjustments were made.

In 2009 the sole proprietorship was converted into a limited company and continued to be run as Schreinerei Mathys.

In 2010 we were able to take on the first apprentice in our company. Another milestone in the history of our small business.
