Classical homeopathy:
Homeopathy is a healing method that is over 200 years old and was discovered and developed by the German doctor Samuel Hahnemann. The basis of homeopathy is the principle of similarity: like cures like (similia similibus curentur). Samuel Hahnemann based his well-known theory on the "cinchona bark experiment" (his first proving), where he took diluted cinchona bark tincture in a completely healthy state and fell ill with a malaria-like condition. In other words, the remedy that produces an illness in a healthy person can cure the same illness in a sick person.
This finding has been confirmed time and again by the drug trials on healthy people. In this way, over 3400 remedies from the plant world, the animal kingdom or from the field of inorganic and organic compounds were tested and produced. The simple process of trituration, dilution and shaking of a substance, also known as potentization, increases its healing power. A remedy becomes smaller and smaller in dose and more and more powerful in effect.
The selected homeopathic remedy gives the organism an impetus to mobilize precisely those forces that are needed to overcome the physical complaints or mental problems.
During an initial consultation followed by an anamnesis, your current complaints are discussed on the basis of specific questions. Close attention to individual symptoms is the hallmark of the homeopathic healing method. This is why I try to identify not only the current symptoms, but also the characteristics that shape you as an individual. Illnesses of your ancestors and previous illnesses on your part are of great importance. For this purpose, you will receive a questionnaire prior to treatment.
At the shorter follow-up examinations every 1-3 months, the progress is closely monitored and the therapy adjusted. In the meantime, I am available to you by telephone and will support you if necessary.

Foot reflexology:
The whole person is reflected in the feet, including all organs, glands, the lymphatic system and the soul. Foot reflexology is a form of therapy that has developed over the years from ancient folk knowledge into a precisely elaborated special therapy. It differs greatly from a conventional foot massage. Stimulating certain zones has a self-regulating effect on the body and stimulates its self-healing powers. The improved blood circulation results in optimum supply to the organs. This therapy is suitable for everyone; both acute and chronic complaints can be treated. It is also a form of therapy that has a preventative and balancing effect, for example in stressful situations.

EAM Energetic Analogue Micromassage:
EAM incorporates elements from traditional Chinese medicine, Japanese medicine and reflexology and was developed by Manfred Wiltsch over 30 years of experience. In addition to the reflex zones on the foot, there are reflex zones all over the body, so-called microsystems, which have a remote effect on the corresponding body region. For example, I can treat you for intestinal complaints on the neck, lower leg, forearm or face. I use my hands, the colored light device and other aids to support the affected part of the body. This type of reflex zone therapy on the body is ideal for shoulder, neck or joint complaints as well as foot pain or headaches. EAM is effective for both acute and chronic complaints.

Scar removal:
Complaints such as restricted freedom of movement, numb hands or feet, numbness etc. can often be traced back to scars, as they block the flow of energy. I release the blockages with targeted colored light therapy. This promotes blood circulation and restores the elasticity of the tissue. Both old and new scars can be unblocked.
