Tierpension Krummenacker

We, Bruno Horn and Manuela Antosiewicz, have been living with a large number of dogs for many years. In addition to huskies for sled dog sports, we also kept Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs from an early stage, which we still breed today. We no longer participate in sled dog sports, and over time our sled dogs have left us due to old age. What remains are the mountain dogs and the breeding program.

Bruno Horn is an animal keeper with a federal certificate of proficiency. Various internships round off his expertise: over a year of practical training in pack and group management in very large dog kennels in Sweden and in an animal welfare shelter, as well as various further training courses in breeding, socialization, behavior, character, and body language.

In 2006, we began building the Krummenacker animal boarding facility. We were able to directly incorporate our experiences with our first guests and our many own dogs into the further development of the facility. Even today, we still have ideas on how to make the stay even more pleasant for the dogs and improve our work processes.This development will never be complete, because:

• happy dogs bring joy
• happy dogs make happy owners, and happy owners are happy to bring their dogs to us
• happy dogs are easier for us to keep, motivate, and care for

We always strive to improve the quality of our dog boarding facility. Many dogs greet us joyfully upon arrival, showing us that we are on the right track.
