Antara® Core & Body
In this course, you will strengthen your deep core muscles with precise and intensive exercise sequences, your abdominal and back muscles and develop an optimized, upright and healthy posture.
Through functional exercises that work several muscle groups, you will strengthen and tone your entire body and improve your core stability, balance, strength endurance and flexibility.
This course is suitable for all age groups and as balance training for athletes of all kinds of sports. The training aims to improve your core, pelvic and shoulder girdle stability and helps to reduce any muscular imbalances and tension.
Enjoy the motivating group atmosphere and do something good for your body and soul!
This course takes place in the multi-purpose room in the village of Ehrendingen.
Power Yoga
In a Power Yoga lesson, you will train your physical strength, flexibility, balance and mind thanks to the combination of dynamic flexibility and strength exercises performed with the right breathing technique.
Each lesson includes a warm-up and a main part in which you learn the various yoga positions, which are combined in a sequence - a so-called flow - to form a harmonious whole. A relaxation section with stretching exercises and deep relaxation rounds off the lesson.
As the exercises are adapted to the requirements of the practitioner, you can learn Power Yoga at any age. Practised regularly, Power Yoga promotes mental calm and inner balance.
This course is currently being developed and will start in September 2025 with 3 or more registrations.

Cardio-Fit is a varied outdoor class in which we train our cardiovascular system in the area around Ehrendingen.
We exercise in the great outdoors and complete a moderate endurance workout in which we alternate between walking and running. Depending on the strength level of the group, the walking and running sequences will be slightly longer or shorter.
My aim is for all participants to be able to complete the workout and then start the day feeling refreshed and motivated.
In order to promote our strength endurance, we integrate several sequences of functional strengthening exercises into each workout. We perform these using our own body weight or small fitness equipment. In addition, we simply use what we find in nature.
With regular participation, the training improves the body's resistance to fatigue from endurance and strength endurance exercises and promotes the reduction of mental stress. You also improve your fat burning, your balance and your flexibility. Regular exercise in the fresh air can also strengthen your immune system and help maintain healthy vitamin D levels.
This course is suitable for all age groups and especially for people who have not exercised (regularly) for a long time and want to improve their (strength) endurance and fat burning.
This course takes place outdoors.
Individual small group courses
You train in a small group of 2 people. You determine the training focus (endurance, strength, balance, flexibility) according to your needs.

Personal training
If you value training that is completely tailored to your individual needs, you can book personal training.
After a location analysis, we will discuss and define your individual training goals together. You will receive a training plan tailored to your goals, which we will implement together in personal training or for you at home or in the fitness center.
