The company was founded in 1979 in Lachen by the current owner Dominik Birchler. In 1991, the company moved into the new 800 m2 factory building in Einsiedeln.

The current workforce is active in various areas of metal construction, locksmithery and steel construction, for which it has the appropriate machinery at its disposal.
