Our cuisine is seasonal, creative and sensitive to intolerances or plant-based requests. The ideal meeting place for hikers, cyclists, families or anyone who appreciates good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Just two minutes from the Raron-Eischoll cable car. Free parking in the village. We are Team Pöstli (Jorge & Kerstin), owners of Restaurant Pöstli here in Eischoll - and anyone who stops by quickly realizes that this restaurant is more than just a business. It's our place of the heart. Together with our head chef, I don't just cook menus - we create dishes that arise from ideas, from conversations, from memories and always with a clear focus: honest, seasonal, regional and with attention to detail.

What we serve does not come from wholesalers, but directly from local farmers.

• We only serve meat from species-appropriate, respectful husbandry.

• We source vegetables, herbs and fruit fresh and seasonal - just as nature provides them.

• We cook with responsibility: whether vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or with allergies - we listen, take things into consideration and find solutions.

Our menu changes with the seasons - so it remains exciting, creative and lively. Nevertheless, there are dishes that our guests no longer want to miss - our classics that are always requested and recommended.

Many say that our restaurant reminds them of the feeling of eating at grandma's house - warm & personal.
And that's exactly what we want to be: a place where you arrive, take a deep breath, eat well and simply enjoy staying.

🌉 And if you're looking for a special experience, take a walk across the suspension bridge to the neighboring village - where a cozy barrel sauna awaits, which can be rented privately. Perfect for a relaxing end to an active day.

Located in the middle of the village - just a two-minute walk from the Raron-Eischoll cable car - our restaurant is easily accessible, with free parking right in the center of the village.

The small alleyway through which you reach us tells a story: with traditional wooden houses, mountain air and a feeling of the past. And then you're there - in front of the Pöstli. And when you walk in, you realize: People matter here.
