About Callanetics - intelligent movement & relaxation
If you do not feel comfortable in fitness centers or among many people, we could be your alternative.
In our exercise studio you won't find any "fitness machines" and our courses take place in a quiet atmosphere with 5 to 7 people and respectful distancing. You won't work up a big sweat and won't feel exhausted after your workout, but pleasantly energized, "moved through", supple and in balance both internally and externally.
Because we coach and support you individually according to your fitness level and focused on your training goal during the exercises (see personal training), you will quickly notice positive changes in yourself.

Our sophisticated training mix includes strengthening, coordination, balance, fascia and flexibility exercises, supplemented with stretching units and relaxation sequences that improve body awareness, among other things. Just 1-2 training sessions per week are enough for you to feel and see a lasting effect!
A holistic approach and treating every person as an individual is important to us. We help you to a) recognize your unfavourable posture and movement patterns and b) "reprogram" them sustainably so that you ll stay fit and flexible for a lifetime. After all, it is not your doctor or the medical profession, but you yourself who can actively prevent joint and muscle wear and tear.
Being over 40 is not the reason for "aches and pains". Pain and the fact that you can no longer stretch your arm straight above your head without lifting your shoulders, for example, are an expression of years of poor posture and one-sided movement sequences and are intended to make you aware that something is going wrong in your everyday movement routine.
