WHEN THE FIRST FONJALLAZ FROM THE HAUTE-SAVOIE CAME TO ESTABLISH
ON THE LAVAUX SIDES...

On the edge of Calamin, our family (Agathe Fonjallaz Figliola and Antonio Figliola) has
been established in Epesses for nearly five centuries. From generation to generation, but
always following tradition, the winegrower-winemakers are committed to caring for their
wine production.
Situated in the heart of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, overlooking the wonderful
Lake Geneva, the village of Epesses enjoys a unique and idyllic location, facing the
majestic Alpine chain.
Tastings are by reservation only for a maximum of 30 people.
Deliveries are based on orders placed by form or e-mail throughout
Switzerland, by the case with the possibility of mixing the vintages:

Epesses
Varietal: chasselas
Raceful, full-bodied wine with a full bouquet, good body and a well-balanced finish. Ideal
for aperitifs, fondues, raclettes, fish, white meats, fast food or vegetarian
dishes.
Calamin
Varietal: chasselas
Very typical terroir wine, powerful, fruity and fruity with intense, straightforward aromas and good
corpulence. Ideal for aperitifs, fish recipes, seafood, white meats or
vegetarian dishes. Wine with strong ageing potential
Dézaley
Variety: chasselas
Powerful, intense and very harmonious wine with honey and almond aromas. Ideal for
gastronomic dishes
with fish, white meat or vegetarian dishes. Also a wonderful accompaniment to Japanese cuisine, cheese platters and charcuterie. Vin de

Our red wines:
Dézaley rouge
Varietal: merlot
A harmonious, powerful wine with vanilla, woody aromas and hints of red fruit. Aged
two years in oak barrels, it's the perfect accompaniment to gourmet dishes featuring
red meat, game or vegetarian recipes.
Wine for aging

Epesses rouge assemblage - œil noir
Varieties: gamaret, garanoir and galotta
Aged one year in barrels, this characterful wine with its pronounced wild berry aromas
is ideal for red meat dishes, fish or any vegetarian fare.
Also suitable for aperitifs.
