The Rouge family has been present in Epesses since 1553. 

In the 19th century, they acquired a majestic vineyard in the heart of Lavaux, which has been handed down from generation to generation, from father to son.
We cultivate our estate in integrated production on a surface area of 4.8 hectares.

We produce with respect for winemaking traditions. Our vineyards stretch over St-Saphorin, Epesses, Calamin and Dézaley.
Our specialty, the white Chasselas grape represents 80% of our production. It is perfectly suited to our clay soil.
The harvests are vinified at La Cornalle, a cellar meeting the most modern technical criteria, built by us in 1992 above the village of Epesses.
