Philippe et Fatima Rouge

The Rouge family has been present in Epesses since 1553.

In the 19th century, they acquired a majestic vineyard in the heart of Lavaux, which has been passed down from generation to generation, from father to son.
We cultivate our estate using integrated production methods over an area of 4.8 hectares.

We produce our wines in accordance with traditional winemaking methods. Our vineyards extend across St-Saphorin, Epesses, Calamin, and Dézaley.
Chasselas, our specialty white grape variety, accounts for 80% of our production. It is perfectly suited to our clay soil.
The harvests are vinified at La Cornalle, a cellar built by us in 1992 above the village of Epesses, which meets the most modern technical criteria.
