Description
A warm welcome
Figure play therapy for children
Play, create, express yourself, reduce stress, develop potential
Figure play therapy is a holistic, resource-promoting, psychotherapeutically oriented form of play and art therapy.
It helps children (recommended from the age of 4) to express emotional stress through creative and playful means and to reduce and process internal and external conflicts. Through play, new solutions and behaviors can be tested without fear and thus playfully integrated into personality development.
Figure play is at the heart of the method. A wide range of different hand puppets, props and stage materials are used to play out self-invented stories in which the child symbolically represents their problems and challenges. I support the process in a gentle and solution-oriented way, with the aim of promoting and strengthening your child's abilities and self-healing powers.Other activities such as making their own figure, drawing and painting, felting, crafts, sand play and fairy tales support the therapeutic process and enable the child to give shape to their inner images.

Figure play therapy is a form of play, expression and art therapy that is based on psychotherapeutic approaches.
The focus of therapy with adults is on modeling one's own figure. As your guide, I support you in your process in an emphatic, reflective and solution-oriented way.
