Welcome
Figure play therapy for children
Playing, creating, expressing oneself, reducing stress, developing potential
Puppet therapy is a holistic, resource-promoting, psychotherapeutically oriented form of play and art therapy.
It helps children (recommended from the age of 4) to express emotional stress, reduce and process internal and external conflicts through creative and playful means. Through play, new solutions and behaviors can be tried out without fear and thus playfully integrated into personality development.
The method focuses on puppet play. Using a large selection of different hand puppets, props, and stage materials, children act out stories they have invented themselves, in which they symbolically represent their problems and challenges. I gently support the process in a solution-oriented manner, with the aim of promoting and strengthening your child's abilities and self-healing powers.
Other activities such as making their own figures, drawing and painting, felting, crafts, sand play, and fairy tales support the therapeutic process and enable the child to give shape to their inner images.

Puppet therapy for adults
Creativity, mindfulness, well-being, quality of life, self-determination, zest for life
Figure play therapy is a form of play, expressive, and art therapy based on psychotherapeutic approaches.
The focus of therapy with adults is on modeling their own figures. By creating a counterpart, inner and outer conflicts, personal strengths, and unconscious aspects become visible and can be processed in conversation, through relaxation techniques, guided imagery, movement, bringing the figure to life, or in play. New solutions to personal challenges and problems can be tried out and integrated in a carefree manner.
As your companion, I support you in your process in an empathetic, reflective, and solution-oriented manner. The goal is to recognize your own development opportunities and competencies and to use them to your advantage.
Depending on your needs and wishes, other activities such as painting and drawing, fairy tales, story writing, felting, clay, and sand can support the therapeutic process.
Puppet therapy for adults is helpful for:
- Psychosomatic symptoms
- Anxieties
- Addiction
- Depression
- Search for meaning
- Grief and loss
- Chronic pain
