Produit conseillé inefficace
Scandalisé par le comportement anti commercial du responsable du rayon peinture et d’ « un membre de la direction » sur une réclamation de non conformité d’un produit aux promesses faites sur l’emballage. Après 42 ans dans la vente, je n’ai jamais traité un client de cette façon. J’étais un bon client de Hornbach, que le personnel se fout de perdre pour un produit inefficace à moins de CHF 30.- Allez voir ailleurs! Hugo
