The benefits of laughter yoga
There is a very good reason why laughter yoga is currently booming. The health benefits are immense and numerous, both physically and mentally. The protocol stimulates the production of endorphins, which immediately induce a gentle state of relaxation. The laughter exercises, based on the concept that movement creates emotion, allow us to change our perspective on everyday problems, whether personal or professional, and to approach them in a new way thanks to the creativity stimulated by the exercises. The exercises, practiced once on the left and once on the right, improve the synchrony of the two hemispheres of the brain. A greater amount of oxygen is supplied to the body and brain, coupled with a reduction in stress levels, stimulating self-healing processes and maintaining good health.
