rüthemann technics AG offers the entire value chain in the areas of lightweight construction and sheet metal processing and has extensive experience in handling demanding projects. The solutions we offer our customers are characterized by a high degree of creativity and innovation. High quality and reliability are our hallmarks in implementation. We use state-of-the-art CAD systems as well as calculation and simulation tools. PRODUCTION: WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING

We combine expertise in all aspects of sheet metal processing. From design and laser cutting to bending, we produce individual parts and series parts, and can also offer complete product assembly, including surface treatment. Our manufacturing expertise in sheet metal processing includes laser cutting, punching, bending, riveting, and assembly. Our mechanical manufacturing expertise includes 5-axis CNC milling, turning, and drilling. We also master various welding processes such as TIG, MAG, and resistance welding (spot welding). We keep our focus on the entire implementation and take into account the possible consequences for subsequent work in all implementation steps.

OUR SERVICES IN SHEET METAL WORKING

Cutting with guillotine shears up to 3 m sheet metal

Laser cutting with the AMADA LC-ALPHA V up to 8 mm aluminum or steel sheet in 1500 x 3000 mm format

Bending up to 3 m with the AMADA HG 1303 hybrid press brake

Forming operations such as beading or drawing using special tools

Mechanical processing such as chamfering or countersinking

General riveting work with solid rivets or blind rivets

COMPREHENSIVE ASSEMBLY WORK

Our extensive range of tools and broad expertise enable us to assemble complete assemblies, perform functional tests on them, and provide suitable packaging, including labeling and tags. As an approved supplier to the aviation industry, we also offer processes such as riveting with solid or blind rivets and resistance welding (spot welding). Furthermore, we can take into account and offer the documentation requirements of the aviation industry necessary for quality assurance in our production.
