Reflo-Tec AG

History

Reflo-Tec AG was founded in 1966 and emerged from the companies Reflo and Pneutragomm. While Reflo specialized in the manufacture of flat glass, Pneutragomm focused on the trade and distribution of hose products. The friendship between the managers of IVG Colbacchini Spa. and Reflo-Tec AG formed the basis for successful business activities. After Interpane took over glass production, Reflo-Tec AG quickly established itself as a supplier to the industrial and construction sectors. As a company specializing in highly abrasion-resistant conveyor hoses for tunnel and underground construction, Reflo-Tec AG has contributed to the success of many infrastructure projects in Switzerland.

With continuous and consistent product and service quality in the field of rubber and metal corrugated hoses, the food and chemical industries were later actively promoted and supplied.

Important milestones in the company's history

 

1966: Reflo-Tec AG becomes the exclusive contractual partner of IVG Colbacchini S.p.a. and is thus the sole supplier of up to 120 meters of mandrel-wound elastomer hose in Switzerland.

1970: With our GOTTHARD compressor hose, we were involved in the construction of the Gotthard Road Tunnel from 1970 to 1980 and became known in the construction industry as a supplier of quality hoses and hose lines.

1984: Reflo-Tec AG becomes the exclusive contractual partner of Tubest. At that time, an exclusive partnership was established with CIBA-Geigy as a supplier of highly flexible corrugated metal hoses. Reflo-Tec became the sole supplier of highly flexible PARRAP and PARNOR corrugated metal hoses in Switzerland.

2013: Reflo-Tec AG becomes the exclusive contractual partner of AFLEX Ltd. Reflo-Tec AG thus becomes the sole supplier of highly flexible, smooth PTFE hose lines in Switzerland.

2017: Successful audit according to ISO 9001:2015
