Since June 2024, Osteria - Pizzeria at the Brewery has opened under new management, combining culinary tradition and innovation, becoming the benchmark for those seeking an authentic and versatile dining experience in the heart of Faido. Our kitchen is open non-stop from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering our customers the opportunity to enjoy a meal at any time of the day.

We are proud to offer true Neapolitan pizza, prepared with fresh ingredients and leavened to perfection. Our pizza is also available for take away, perfect for those who want to enjoy a delicious dinner in the comfort of home. Among the most popular dishes, our main dish stands out: spaghetti with eggplant tartare, burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes, a combination of Mediterranean flavors that has won the palates of our most loyal customers.

The menu is full of specialties that include a Mediterranean cuisine with seafood dishes, fine local meats such as Ticino meat, and, in the right season, a selection of goultry. In addition, upon request and with minimum reservations, we are happy to accommodate commitments, groups, luncheons and corporate dinners, offering customized and personalized dishes for each event.

Our location is conveniently accessible, with the availability of a large parking lot making it even easier for families to visit.

With a seating capacity of 300 inside and 50 outside on our viewing terrace, the venue is ideal for any occasion, whether it's a romantic dinner, a business lunch or a big party.
