This makes it easy to exchange the data via the SIA 451 interface and allows further processing without additional effort.

According to your requirements: We compare the offers according to your requirements and specifications and/or according to the client's requirements in preparation for an application for award of contract. Any bidding rounds are carried out in accordance with the client. Work contracts are drawn up after the contracts have been definitively awarded and in accordance with the construction cost plan BKP.

Certainty over the entire distance: We support you in ensuring the financial monitoring of the construction project. From the cost estimate to and including construction invoicing. Incoming contractor invoices and payments are processed in line with the project and in accordance with the construction status. Local construction management takes care of schedule management in line with the desired move-in date, contractor coordination and on-site quality control.
