About us
Robert Zurgilgen has been working in the bakery for more than 24 years. His wife Marlene Zurgilgen completed her training as a pastry chef and confectioner with Rainer Imwinkelried from 1982 to 1985. Their daughter, Nicole Ritz-Zurgilgen, also trained as a baker and pastry chef with Rainer, successfully completing her training in 2011. She then trained as a commercial clerk EFZ at an external company. Fabian Zurgilgen, the youngest member of the six-person Zurgilgen family, learned the profession of chef EFZ with the Michlig family at the Hotel Restaurant Catering Tenne in Gluringen. After successfully completing his training, he gained experience for a year and a half at the Hotel Alpenblick Fieschertal, Restaurant Albrun Binn, and as a quartermaster in the military.
As a regional bakery, we support local businesses and focus on quality. We are always open to innovative and new ideas and look forward to working with the community.
