Medical massage is a group of gentle therapeutic methods that take a holistic approach to treating the individual, considering their lifestyle, work, and sporting activities.

The main goal is to improve your overall well-being. As a therapy, it is intended for people of all ages suffering from acute or chronic pain, as well as healthy and/or athletic individuals who want to maintaintheir bodies in their daily lives, relax and recharge their batteries, and prevent injuries related to specific activities (work or sports).

I am currently working towards my certification as a medical massage therapist.
