Chapeau de la tour welcomes you in a warm atmosphere on Saturday, May 5, 2018 to present its highly diverse collection of custom-made hats. Hats made with all kinds of textiles, modern, fashion, vintage, period, bonnet and a thousand and one others! These hats give you a vague idea of the possibilities for covering your head... 

Au chapeau de la tour

In May 2006, the hat workshop "Au chapeau de la tour" was inaugurated in an old building in Fribourg's Old Town. It is open 3 times a week for interested people and shows hat models of all kinds and materials. If by chance "the right head" for a hat comes along, that's great - but rare. The idea is rather to make the hats especially for the person.

Prices are between 50.- and 150.- francs - if the hat requires a special wooden form, it's 180.- francs.
