Sports: by simple telephone request, the annual program is sent to your home free of charge and without obligation.
Multiple possibilities: gymnastics (85 groups), aqua-gym and swimming, walking and nordic walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tennis meetings, etc.
Wellness:thermal baths, self defense, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Body Sculpt, yoga
