Professional foot care

As a chiropodist, I carry out all kinds of cosmetic foot care treatments. The aim of these treatments is first and foremost to help you achieve healthy and well-groomed feet and to prevent or relieve pain - thereby increasing your well-being.

In passing, I would like to mention that I attach great importance to hygiene in my practice.

Foot reflexology therapy

As a qualified foot reflexology therapist, I offer various therapies in a pleasant, bright atmosphere. Reflexology therapy sees recovery as an individual and holistic process that affects the body, soul, mind and environment.
Thanks to the interaction through the treatment of the reflex zones and the dialog with the person being treated, reflexology therapy supports their holistic balance.

Harmful influencing factors, such as prolonged periods of stress or drastic experiences, can impair a person's ability to adapt if they are unable to activate enough resources and resilience factors.
The reflexology therapist supports a person's health by interacting with them via the reflex zones with targeted stimuli, thus promoting their physical and mental balance.

About me

After studying 150 hours of Western medicine at the Biomedica School in Zurich, I decided to train in the field of foot care

.

I completed this at Podologie Grossmann in Zurich, where I was personally trained by Grossmann s podiatrist of many years. He still supports me with his advice to this day.

In April 2012, I finally opened my own podiatry practice in Fruthwilen. Shortly afterwards, I completed my training as a foot reflexology therapist with a diploma. I am recognized by EGK / SNE, EMR and thus commit myself to annual further training.
