An intervention on non-degraded asbestos fibrocement can be carried out by a traditional company if it does not damage the asbestos material.

PCB

Sealing compounds containing more than 50mg/kg of PCBs must be removed without generating dust or heating up the joints. In general, PCB-containing sealing compounds are removed using a cutter.

The use of fast-rotating equipment is forbidden, as at high temperatures PCBs volatilize and turn into dioxins, even more toxic compounds. Condensers containing PCB oil must not be damaged under any circumstances.

PLUMB

Sanding should be avoided wherever possible. If it is nevertheless necessary, it will be carried out by a specialist  who will take protective measures so as not to expose himself and contaminate the environment.
