60 min at $165 with the driving school's trailer

YOUR PATH TO A DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Minimum age 17 (1 year of experience required)

• Download the application for your learner's permit at www.strassenverkehrsamt.tg.ch

• When applying for a learner's permit, you will need a valid first aid certificate (not older than 6 years) and an eye test (ask your optician)

• Submit your application together with a recent photo to the Frauenfeld Road Traffic Office

• Now you can register for the theory test and start studying hard! The best apps for this are iTheorie or Theorie24 for smartphones

• Once you have passed the theory test, you will receive your learner's permit.

• Automatic or manual? Now it's finally time for driving lessons!

• At the same time, we will register you for traffic safety lessons as agreed.

• Now it's time to get down to business. Are you ready for the practical test? Registration by the driving instructor

• After passing the driving test, you will receive your provisional driver's license.
