We ensure that all trades involved in the construction are coordinated and monitored on time and in the desired quality.

Reliable cost planning is the most important basis for the client's decision. We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate in accordance with BKP.

Builder representation and advice
As a builder's representative / consultant, we represent the interests of the client and ensure that the desired quality is achieved within the budget and schedule. Depending on the client's wishes, we monitor the planning and execution and take over cost controlling.
