Who are we?

We are an interdisciplinary team with specialists from various fields. 

Our architects and construction managers have many years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. 

We also have several real estate agents who have been working in the canton and the various regions for many years and know the market inside out. 

Our team is complemented by a notary and lawyer who has successfully handled numerous real estate transactions and knows the intricacies of a successful property transfer. 

The contracts are standardized and offer a high level of security to handle the property sale professionally. 

In addition, we have a broad network in the Health Tech Cluster Switzerland (HTCS), in which managers from the entire healthcare value chain are represented. I myself am a member of the board.
