These good laboratory practices are based on international regulations, ISO standards - 15189, 9001, which ensure a guarantee of qualitative and quantitative results, homogeneous between laboratories,  independent of physical boundaries.

ISO standards make for standardization of laboratory practices in all these stages: pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical, as well as, management logistics between the various participants in the laboratory operating process: prescribers FMH, scientists FAMH, technical staff, transporters, IT specialists, suppliers, others.

ISO standards provide the means for self-control of operating activities on all levels and for dynamic correction and improvement of services and performance.

Good laboratory practice targets harmony and respect for the staff involved, the environment in order to guarantee the best value for money for the patient.
