We are the authorized repair service for the brand JURA Suisse Romande.
We carry out all types of service for this brand (warranties, full services, repairs, spare parts, maintenance, etc).

Equipment under warranty is also taken care of by us (copy of purchase invoice or receipt required).
All work is carried out in our Geneva workshop by our qualified staff.

Free quotations
Before any type of repair, we always carry out a complete repair quotationfree! There's no obligation on your part, and if the estimate is refused, you also have the option of leaving it to us to dispose of your appliance in an environmentally friendly way at no cost to you!

Repair times
Our repair times are generally between 4 and 7 days for private customers. Professionals benefit from a rapid response within 24 hours (working days), with the loan of a replacement machine (free of charge for appliances purchased in our store).

Displacement service
Displacement to or from the site = 40.00 CHF HT*
Displacement package to or from the site = 80.00 CHF HT*
In the case of a refused (free) quotation, the trip will always be invoiced.

Commissioning
For all devices purchased in our store, we carry out a personalized commissioning.
To this end, we arrange together a day and time that are convenient for you. Commissioning includes:

• First unit start-up and standard configuration.
• Watering up and filling the bean hopper (with our succulent Moccador coffee) to brew coffees together.
• Full demonstration of how to program your machine!
• Demonstration of milk specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc) for machines offering them.
• Demonstration of the different maintenance programs!
• Tasting a good coffee and listening to all your questions about your new purchase.

At the end of the day, you'll be the owner of a coffee machine you know and that will hold no secrets for you.
Of course, we remain at your disposal by phone (or otherwise) should you have any problems.
It will take ~01h00 to give your appliance a full tour.

The right product for the right person
At Espace Services Gabert S.A, we don't make our sales based on our stocks.
Every customer is different and has different needs. What is the logic behind selling a machine for private use, ~10 coffees / day, to a professional who will have a throughput of around 40 coffees / day

In the same way, why sell a machine that is initially designed to make 60 coffees / day to a single person who will only make 2 coffees / day...

Why sell you a machine focused on milk specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc) when you are only a fan of black coffee? Unfortunately, we see this all too often, and virtually all of these sales come from the mass retailing system or from internet purchases. A good sale only comes about when both parties (buyer and seller) are satisfied, one thanks to the advice provided and the other through the satisfaction of a job well done!

In order to guarantee top-quality advice and to always be at the cutting edge of technology, our technicians attend ongoing training courses every year. We are therefore equally competent for new and older models, and this for each brand we represent,

Coffee machine rental for your events
Company parties - Communal celebrations (August 1st / Promotions / etc.) - Weddings - Family celebrations - Etc. Depending on the size of your event, we can provide:

• One or more professional, fully automatic coffee machines.
• Coffee beans (" Moccador " Tradition).
• Cups (eco-friendly cardboard).
• Sugar packaged in small paper bags (Swiss-produced sugar).
• Wooden stirring sticks.

Dairy products (coffee creamer, milk, etc.) are not supplied and are your responsibility.You pay 1.10 CHF incl. VAT* per coffee and 1.30 CHF incl. VAT* per cappuccino consumed.
The minimum charge is 60.00 CHF incl. VAT*. Pick-up and return of equipment by you (in our store).
On request, flat-rate delivery and on-site commissioning by us: 80.00 CHF incl. VAT* (free for 800 coffees or more consumed).
