Our students

Our students come from all walks of life: business, finance, law, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, media, international organizations, technology, education, science, engineering, watchmaking, the public sector, and more. Some of our students are complete beginners in English, while others are almost at native speaker level. We cater to all levels. We also address all types of specific objectives: developing skills related to professional presentations, improving writing, preparing for an exam, preparing for an interview, etc. Most of our students seek to strengthen their confidence and mastery of English.

 

Language stays

We don't just teach English in Geneva; we also organize immersion courses in English-speaking countries around the world. We work with a select group of training centers and language schools in the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. We know the various people involved in our partner schools personally: the managers, registrars, and accommodation managers. We visit the schools regularly and attend language workshops and conferences every year, such as events organized by the International Association of Language Centers (IALC). The Language House is a founding member of LILAS Switzerland – Leading Independent Language Agencies of Switzerland.

 

Where are we located?

Our offices are located near downtown Geneva, on Rue du Stand. We are a two-minute walk from the "Stand" tram and bus stops.

 

Our history, up to today...

Since 2003, The Language House Geneva has been helping students and professionals from Switzerland and France to develop their confidence and mastery of English. We specialize in teaching English. Only English. English is our cup of tea. We have a team of six experienced trainers.
