Denise's - Art of Burger

A new concept conceived by Philippe Chevrier, Denise's - Art of Burger is named after his mother, in tribute to the know-how and good taste she passed on to him. The idea was to bring new, creative burgers to the fore, moving in the direction of gastronomy. These new dishes will follow the course of the four seasons like a restaurant menu. The emphasis is on quality, as the meat is first choice "100% muscle" with no nerves or fat, and cut with a knife. From March 14, every morning from 7:30 to 11:30, you'll be able to enjoy an American breakfast with pancakes, maple syrup, jams... Not limiting themselves to just burgers, Philippe Chevrier and his Chef Benjamin Garin have also put forward an array of salads and a multitude of "homemade" American desserts. This restaurant, located in the Globus department store in Geneva, will not only be limited to this region, but will see new openings in other major Swiss cities.
