Denise's - Art of Burger

A new concept devised by Philippe Chevrier, Denise's - Art of Burger, bears his mother's name in tribute to the expertise and good taste she passed on to him. The idea was to showcase new creative burgers, moving towards gourmet cuisine. These new dishes will follow the four seasons, like a restaurant menu. The emphasis is on quality, as the meat is top-grade "100% muscle" with no nerves or fat and cut by hand. Starting March 14, every morning from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m., you can enjoy an American breakfast with pancakes, maple syrup, jams, and more. Not limiting himself to burgers, Philippe Chevrier, accompanied by his chef Benjamin Garin, has also created a range of salads and a multitude of "homemade" American desserts. This restaurant, located in the Globus department store in Geneva, will not be limited to this region but will see new openings in other major Swiss cities.
