Massages
Marie claire offers various massage techniques to suit your specific needs. For example, to loosen up, relax knotted muscles, cramps that prevent your body from functioning properly in your daily life and lead to poor posture.
But massage is also an excellent way to unwind and relax, which helps to reduce stress through deep breathing, thus eliminating many aches and pains... It's also rejuvenating, as the facial features relax.
It can have positive effects on certain types of insomnia, anxiety and nervousness.
It also helps to improve your lymphatic circulation by eliminating waste and toxins, then blood circulation, by providing a good supply rich in oxygen and nutrients.
Consultation fee: 100.00 per hour. Each session is payable on the day, on site.
Massages are covered by the ASCA foundation, which reimburses a number of supplementary insurances.

What is epigenetic practice?
It's a simple, effective therapeutic technique that takes into account the links between family history over several generations, childhood learning and individual experience, adapting to each individual. It enables dysfunctions to be spotted, identified and explained, and helps to modify and overcome them by reactivating innate resources.
Example: If, for several generations, children have seen their parents struggle in their daily lives due to difficult living conditions, this may imply an implicit transmission and learning of life's combativeness in the face of one's environment or in the face of others, with the result that the person will function in a maladaptive way, in the fight against situations that don't require it.
Example: If the individual's explicit memory (conscious memories) has learned that authority is protection, but the emotional memory has learned that authority is authoritarian, this will lead to maladaptive behavior when it comes to dealing with any kind of situation involving authority, because the innate resource is deactivated as a result of the dysfunction.
How does it work?
It's through verbal communication and awareness that the individual will understand the reason why he finds himself in such and such a situation or feeling and will be able to prepare new strategies or neural connections to create his future by leaving the road he's on and which is no longer necessary today.
Is this a therapy that lasts a long time?
It's up to the individual, respecting his or her own rhythm, evolution and determination, to speed up or slow down the process of moving away from old patterns or ways of functioning.
