Mark Barokas
After obtaining a law degree from the University of Fribourg, Mark Barokas completed his legal training in Geneva.
He then served as a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross.
Returning to Geneva, he practiced law for four years before founding the firm in 2009.
Mark Barokas works in French and English.
He is a member of the Bar Association.
He is also a graduate of the Institute of Real Estate Studies.

Jean-Philippe Klein
Jean-Philippe Klein studied in Basel, where he obtained his doctorate. He was admitted to the bar in Geneva, where he worked for many years in a large law firm before joining Mark Barokas in 2015.
Jean-Philippe Klein's working languages are French, German, Swiss German, English, and Italian. He pleads before courts in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. He publishes in French and German.
Jean-Philippe Klein is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Swiss Association for Debt Collection Law, and a member of the Committee of the Association romande de droit collaboratif (ARDC).
