After obtaining a law degree from the University of Fribourg, Mark Barokas completed his legal internship in Geneva.
Thereafter, he was a delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross.
On his return to Geneva, he practiced law there for four years before founding the firm in 2009.

He is a member of the Ordre des avocats.
He is also a graduate of the Institut des Etudes Immobilières.

Me Jean-Philippe Klein

Jean-Philippe Klein studied law, ending with a doctorate, in Basel. He qualified as a lawyer in Geneva, where he worked for many years in a large law firm before joining Mark Barokas in 2015. 

Jean-Philippe Klein's working languages are French, German, Swiss German, English and Italian. He pleads before the French and Swiss German courts. He publishes in French and German.

Jean-Philippe Klein is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Swiss Association for Debt Enforcement Law and a member of the Committee of the Association romande de droit collaboratif (ARDC).
