Terrible customer service in case of any damage
they destroyed a brand new skirt (worn once) returning the skirt with the metal buttons broken in two. not only did they charge me for the laundry but they also refused any accountability. The customer service is terrible should you encounter a problem. I received no token of goodwill for the item they damaged. I’m a very regular customer and had been using them for years. was happy with the service until they damaged a garment. moved to another company.
