Art therapy is therapeutic support through artistic creation (drawing, painting, collage, modeling, words, music, etc.) where all your bodily senses are called upon, not just speech. Partial reimbursement is available from most complementary health insurance companies (please enquire beforehand, I'm ASCA accredited).

You don't have to be an artist to participate, it's the therapist who's basically an artist.
