Description
Dare to live the life that suits you
I chose "dare to live the life that suits you" as my motto firstly because I had the experience of living a professional life that fascinated me for ten years and then frustrated me. My temperament gave me the impetus to jump the gun and get out of my zone of habit to explore something else and not feed my frustration.
Of course, we can't neglect the reality principle (financial responsibilities, for example) but the brake may be elsewhere. Fear, for example, when it's a brake. But fear can also become a driving force.
And what about you, where do you stand in terms of job or day-to-day satisfaction?
Coaching is an inner journey in which you set out to meet yourself. You'll discover your resources as well as your blocks.
Coaching is an inner journey in which you meet yourself.
If coaching is a journey, the mountain lover in me envisions it as a hike. You decide what you want to achieve, you choose your itinerary, you go at your own pace and I, your coach, stay by your side, helping you define your destination, determining the route, planning stopovers here and there. Your pace will be mine, my main role is to keep CAP (as a third party, I have no stake in the end goal to be reached).
I start from the premise that every human being, including you, possesses potential that is too often unexplored. As far as I'm concerned, you have in your backpack all the resources you need to reach your goal, even if sometimes you don't even know they exist. Sometimes, however, you're confronted with your own limitations. In this case, I'm here to take the time with you to explore and overcome them (stopovers), by exploring the contents (resources) of your backpack. My motto: "One step at a time..."
