Our history
His passion for cheese began in 1996. As a young graduate of the national dairy industry school in Poligny (Jura). I began my career as a cheesemaker at the Fromagerie de Bémont (NE). After 6 years, I was entrusted with the management of the Sagnettes cheese dairy site. Finally, after more than 20 years' experience in Gruyère, my wife and I set up our own business in 2017 as a milk buyer and Gruyère producer in the Fromagerie that saw me evolve.
After four years of experience in the Gruyère industry, I decided to move to the Sagnettes dairy.
After 4 years of creation, trials, trial and error, and above all great successes (Best Gruyère Neuchâtelois 2018!) our range of cheeses was ready and complete. We took the gamble in 2020, to open a creamery as a family to offer our Genevan friends a range of cheeses, yogurts and other products and to carve a path for our name in Genevan gastronomy.
