The Bruand cheese shop, located in Geneva's Halle de Rive, was founded in 1982 by Mr. and Mrs. Bruand. In 1998, this family business was taken over, in keeping with tradition, by Dominique (a chef by trade) and Carole Ryser.

True lovers of good food, the Bruand cheese shop team aims to promote fresh, artisanal products from small producers who love flavor and the good life.

The Bruand cheese shop—a treasure trove of cheeses from around the world.

There are more than 300 varieties of cheese, varying according to the seasons and availability, from all over the world. This is thanks, among other things, to the collaboration between Dominique and Carole Ryser and Hervé Mons, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Roanne and voted best affineur.
