We are a medium-sized Swiss company established in 1980 with a dozen full-time employees.
As a professional cleaning company , we not only ensure visible cleanliness, but also fight against invisible "nest polluters" that lurk in every crack and crevice.

In addition to a dozen permanent specialists, we employ around 120 part-time staff. The majority of them have been working for our customers for many years. This allows us to flexibly delegate experienced teams to specific tasks.

Our services include, among others:

Maintenance cleaning:

Office and shop cleaning – at a customized frequency
Our maintenance cleaning of offices and shops is usually carried out on a daily or weekly basis. We always adapt the scope of room maintenance and the cleaning frequency to the specific needs of the client.
Depending on requirements, this service also includes the periodic cleaning of screens, PC keyboards, telephones, etc. From time to time, sanitary facilities, air conditioning, cooling and heating systems or storage rooms also need to be cleaned. No problem: it's all a matter of a clear agreement.

Typical maintenance cleaning includes dusting and vacuuming, cleaning floors and wet rooms, and complete waste disposal.

Apartment cleaning – environmentally friendly and on schedule. Cleaning a rental apartment usually involves the following steps:

» Washing window sills and benches
» Washing doors and door frames
» Wiping ceilings and walls

» Cleaning all windows (including double glazing) on both sides, including frames, handles, and grooves

» Damp mopping of parquet floors
» Cleaning and descaling of wet rooms
» Cleaning of kitchen fittings (inside and outside)

Building cleaning:

Window cleaning – including blinds and shutters
It's all a matter of crystal-clear agreements: for us, window cleaning doesn't always stop at the edge of the pane.
External window sills, slatted blinds, and shutters also need to be cleaned of bird droppings and greasy environmental deposits from time to time. Whether residential or office windows, shop windows, or conservatories – it goes without saying that we achieve a completely streak-free, crystal-clear result in a minimum amount of time. Efficient working methods using environmentally friendly products enable us to do this.

Facade cleaning – more than just preserving value:
Time takes its toll on all building facades. Although weather and emission pollution of building envelopes depend on location, they do not spare any facade. Moisture and dry cycles as well as UV rays affect a modern metal facade just as much as great spotted woodpeckers affect the wooden wall of a chalet.
When it comes to facade cleaning , we have multiple objectives:

Facade cleaning has been one of our core competencies for over 30 years. Thanks to our cleaning expertise and suitable height access systems , no facade is too high for us and no material is unfamiliar.

Construction cleaning of new buildings or renovations – with acceptance guarantee:
We can live with the usual bottlenecks in the final phase of new buildings or renovations. Our specialists in construction cleaning stretch themselves to the ceiling in terms of time. Adherence to deadlines is one thing, our quality standards are another: we are committed to impeccable final cleaning on the basis of clear agreements with the client.

Our construction cleaning services comply with SIA standard 184. This means that our construction cleaning services cover all work in unfurnished rooms. The aim is always to leave the property swept clean and ready for occupancy.

Elevator cleaning – including freight elevators and glass elevators:
For elevator cleaning , we send specially trained cleaning specialists to work in the elevator shaft. They clean both the inside and outside without the need for expensive service technicians. These men, who have no fear of heights, do not shy away from multi-story glass elevators.

Building maintenance – a job for professionals
The ongoing maintenance of properties serves to preserve the value of the property on the one hand, and on the other hand promotes a good living and working environment.

Stair cleaning – with clean doormats and railings:
An impeccably clean stairwell gives visitors or customers a positive first impression and thus also reflects well on the image of the property management company or owner. Our regular stairwell cleaning service – usually once a week is sufficient – therefore also includes the proper care of carpets, doormats, and floor coverings in the entrance area. At longer intervals, which are defined jointly, we also take on the following tasks:

» Cleaning stairwell windows and sills
» Dusting stair railings
» Cleaning handrails
» Wiping down exterior door frames
» Polishing signage

Garden maintenance – green and loving:
We have one thing in common with garden architects and gardeners : a keen sense for nature-sensitive interventions.
With a love of nature and attention to detail, we implement your wishes on schedule. Our affiliated specialists carry out all gardening maintenance work. This ranges from lawn mowing and weeding to scarifying and fertilizing to professional tree pruning.

Littering – a nuisance that affects us all:
Littering and illegal waste disposal are two rampant bad habits. By "littering," we mean the careless, thoughtless discarding or leaving of waste where it is produced. This inconsiderate behavior therefore affects not only public spaces, but increasingly also private properties and gardens. According to a study by the University of Basel, over 50 percent of this waste falls into the categories of "beverage and takeaway packaging." The corresponding cleaning costs in Switzerland amount to over 200 million Swiss francs.

The regular disposal of small waste items such as packaging material, chewing gum, and other disposable products that end up on the ground, either intentionally or unintentionally, is part of our full building maintenance service.

Technical service – ensuring that building technology works:
In addition to conventional building maintenance , we offer our clients a service package that is defined jointly. Depending on the task at hand, we call on the services of certified professionals from our subsidiary
Tempo Blank GmbH.
