We are an established, medium-sized Swiss company with a dozen full-time employees since 1980.
As a professional cleaning company, we not only ensure visible cleanliness, but also fight against invisible "nest stains" that are stuck in every crack and crevice.
In addition to a dozen full-time specialists, we employ around 120 part-time employees. The majority of them have been working for our customers for many years. This workforce enables us to flexibly delegate experienced teams to tasks.
Office and store cleaning - at an adjusted rhythm
Our maintenance cleaning of offices and stores is usually carried out on a daily or weekly basis. We adapt the scope of room maintenance and the cleaning frequency to the specific needs of the client in each case
Depending on requirements, this service also includes the periodic cleaning of screens, PC keyboards, telephones, etc. From time to time, sanitary, air protection, cooling and heating systems or storage rooms also need to be cleaned. No problem: everything is subject to a clear agreement.
The typical maintenance cleaning includes dusting and vacuuming, the cleaning of floors and wet rooms as well as the complete disposal of waste.
Residential cleaning - ecological and on time. The cleaning of a rented apartment usually involves the following steps:

" Wiping down ceilings and walls
"Double-sided cleaning of all windows (including double glazing), on both sides, including frames, handles and grooves
"Damp mopping of parquet floors

It's all a question of crystal-clear agreements: For us, window cleaning doesn't always stop at the edge of the pane.
Exterior window ledges, slatted blinds and shutters also want to be cleaned of bird droppings and greasy environmental deposits from time to time. Whether residential or office windows, shop windows or conservatories - it goes without saying that we achieve an absolutely streak-free, crystal-clear result in a minimum of time. Efficient working methods with ecologically harmless agents enable us to achieve this.
Cleaning facades - more than just preserving value:
The passage of time gnaws away at all building facades. Although weather and emission loads on building envelopes depend on the location, they do not stop at any façade. Adherence to deadlines is one thing, our quality standards are another: we are committed to impeccable final cleaning on the basis of clear agreements with the client.
When it comes to building cleaning, we comply with SIA standard 184, which is why our building cleaning includes all work in unfurnished rooms. The aim is always to leave the property swept clean and ready for occupancy.
Lift cleaning - including goods elevators and glass lifts:
For lift cleaning, we send specially trained cleaners to work or into the lift shaft. The inside and outside are cleaned without the need to call in expensive service technicians. These men, who are not afraid of heights, are not afraid of multi-storey glass lifts either.
House maintenance - a job for professionals
Ongoing maintenance of properties serves to preserve the value of the property on the one hand, and promotes a good living and working environment on the other.
Staircase cleaning - with clean skimmers and banisters:
An impeccably clean staircase gives visitors or customers a positive first impression and thus also reflects on the image of the property management or the owner. Our regular staircase cleaning - usually just once a week - therefore also includes the proper care of carpets, skimmers and floor coverings in the entrance area. At longer, jointly defined intervals, we also take on the following tasks:

Littering and illegal waste dumping are two rampant bad habits. By "littering" we mean the careless, careless throwing away or leaving of waste where it accumulates.
