WERAX is a company specializing in service and support in the field of medical laboratory diagnostics. Thanks to our many years of experience, we offer our customers expert help with all questions relating to laboratory technology.

WERAX Service AG was founded in 2002 by Thomas Herzog and Urs Keiser.

Thomas Herzog and Urs Keiser were system technicians at Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG for many years. There they gained a lot of field experience in their daily work with Cobas Mira, Mira Plus, Core, Core II, Amplicore, Integra, Integra 400.

• 2003 AxonLab service partner: technical support in hematology and wet chemistry.
• 2003 Support for various sales companies in the cosmetics sector medical-technical products. Mainly IPL flash lamp devices.
• 2006 WERAX took over the sale and support of Cominox and KSG sterilizers

• 2007 Siemens service partner: technical support for the Rapidlab and Rapidpoint blood gas devices for Siemens Healthcare AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2008 Roche service partner: technical support for Cobas Elecsys immunology analyzers for Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2011 Roche service partner: technical support Ventana Benchmark/Discovery histopathology staining machines for Roche Diagnostics Schweiz AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2012 started the sale of Cominox sterilizers as exclusive sales and service partner.
2013 First sale of medical-technical cosmetic devices.
• 2014 Introduction of the Werax STE sterilizer range.
• 2015 Cooperation with the company Mocom, sales and support of Mocom thermal disinfectors and sterilizers.
• 2016 successful ISO certification DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, Cert. Number 161024Q of the ICG
• 2017 Stago service partner: technical support for Stago STA R/C haemostasis diagnostics in German-speaking Switzerland
