We distinguish between passive and active treatment techniques in physiotherapy. Physiolife is recognized by health insurance companies (basic insurance & supplementary insurance)
A general aim of passive techniques is to release blocked joints, tense muscles & connective tissue and "stuck" passive structures and nerves. This release relieves the patient's initial acute pain.
With the active therapeutic techniques, we instruct and teach the patient in physiotherapy to regain or stabilize their lost strength, stability, coordination and balance with personally adapted training.

Rehabilitation after accidents/surgeries
At the PhysioLife practice, you will also be treated after an accident or an operation. Physiotherapeutic techniques and adapted exercises are used to positively influence the healing process and optimize muscle strength, balance and coordination. I am happy to support you in your personal rehabilitation program so that you are soon "functional" again, be it at work, in sports or in everyday life.

Rehabilitation of the pelvic floor in gynecology, urology & gastroenterology (pelvic floor therapy)
This particular specialization in the fields of gynaecology, urology and gastroenterology in physiotherapy includes all forms of pelvic musculature and abdominal organs. Bladder therapy
Weakness, hyperactivity or imbalance of the pelvic floor or pelvic nervous system can be caused by various factors at any age; pregnancy, tumor, prostate, neo-bladder, multiple sclerosis, over bladder syndrome, "bedwetting", fecal or urinary incontinence, constipation, painful pelvis, and much more.
Personalized physiotherapy helps you with problems in the field of gynecology, urology and gastroenterology to correct imbalances or relieve pain.
In this rehabilitation we need the support of passive, active physiotherapy techniques and the help of electrostimulation as well as specific biofeedback with probe.

Trigger point treatment
The manual technique, but also the technique with trigger point treatment aids, relieves painful areas in the muscle. Trigger points can cause radiation to the head, arm or legs. Releasing the point of origin relieves pain and radiation.

Taping
There are various methods of applying tape.
The most commonly applied ligament tape stabilizes the joint while maintaining its function.
Muscle tape can be applied after a massage treatment to prevent muscle tone from increasing again.
Lymphotape supports the lymphatic system after lymphatic drainage.
The fourth way to apply tape is to relieve pain in the tissue; fascia tape.
The material of the tapes consists of cotton and an adhesive, so it is well tolerated by most people and usually has no contraindications.
Massages
A massage supports general well-being and can relieve tension. A regular massage of the entire musculature and connective tissue also serves to prevent tension, pain and radiation.
The shoulder and neck area is probably the most tense area of the human body. This is partly due to posture and partly due to one-sided movements at work or in everyday life.
A classic massage relieves this unpleasant pain-inducing tension.
