At the age of 16 I bought myself a brand new Commodore 64!!! What an event - my first personal computer.

Today, over 30 years later, it's hard to imagine the excitement back then. Almost all of us own some kind of processor-powered device today.

Back then, in 1982, it was revolutionary to own a C64. After a few months I started upgrading the PC myself - not always to the delight of my parents. My enthusiasm for this device continued even when sometimes nothing worked at all. My interest in electronics always spurred me on to get to the bottom of the problem.

After several years, I had created a good basis for helping and advising other users.

I had been doing this on a part-time basis for over 25 years and made it my profession in 2013. Simply for the joy of computer technology and for the sake of solving problems. To keep up to date, I naturally followed every PC development over the years. As a result, my basic knowledge at the time has grown into a sound knowledge of user technology. The developments and solutions have not become more complicated, just more diverse.

I still feel the need to help people. I want to counteract the hectic pace and impersonality. Whether it's for problem-solving, advice or a training course, I'm available to help and advise you at almost any time. Namely when you are sitting at your PC and don't know what to do next.
