Imad provides care, assistance and support services that encourage people to remain at home and preserve their independence.
These services are provided in the home, in homecare centers and their branches, as well as in intermediate structures, in collaboration with the attending physician, family and loved ones. Our objectives

Our services
- Nursing care (nursing care is provided solely on the basis of a medical prescription and/or medical mandate):
- preventive (health checks), educational, curative (injections, dressings), palliative (pain management)
- basic care (assistance with toileting, getting up and going to bed
- Hospitalization at home 24/7
- Hospital/home liaison and needs assessment
- Practical help with activities of daily living
- Seeking contact with family, friends and the social environment
- Parental support, supervision, sick childcare and weekly parent-child consultations
- Ergotherapy (occupational therapy services are provided solely on the basis of a medical prescription and/or medical mandate) : rehabilitation, rehabilitation, prevention and environmental design
- Health promotion, disease and accident prevention activities
- Home meal delivery and organization of meals in company in a local restaurant
- Home security: call-for-help system and light signage
- Local supervision and night-time presence in buildings with supervision
- Accommodation for a temporary stay of people of AVS age whose caregiver is momentarily prevented, with staff benefiting from solid experience in geriatric care
- Global response to social emergencies
- 7 days a week, from 5 pm to 8 am on weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends and public holidays.
Our professionals
Services are provided in multidisciplinary teams placed under the leadership of a manager. Each team is made up of home helpers, homemakers, care assistants, care and community health assistants (ASSC), social security staff, occupational therapists, nurses, clinical nurses. These teams interact with professionals from the intermediate structures: stewards and social managers, permanent night staff, and those from the specific programs: HAD (hospitalization at home), UMUS (mobile social emergency unit), meals and dietetics.
