It all started with a simple vision, a balcony and a passion for burgers. Tired of not finding Smash Burgers that thrilled us, we decided to make them ourselves!
Every Sunday evening, our balcony was transformed into a little improvised fast-food stand. A grill, a few friends, and before long, word-of-mouth was catching on: more and more people were turning up to taste our homemade Smash Burgers.

With this craze, we took a new turn: a restaurant opened its doors to us to allow us to continue our adventure on a larger scale. Still on Sundays, but this time with a real kitchen and a more varied offer. The community's energy around our burgers has only grown, and we realized it was time to take the next step.

Today, Eleventh Floor takes flight with the opening of its very first permanent establishment. A new-generation fast-food restaurant, designed for a unique, gourmet and convivial experience, where each burger tells our story.
