Thermography

With the help of thermal imaging or thermographic images, energy weaknesses are identified. thermographic images make the energy weaknesses of a building visible. The thermal imaging camera can be used to create images that show where most of the heat and therefore quality of living is lost in the building. The temperatures of the building surface are measured and the temperature differences are displayed in color.
You can use our thermal imaging camera with a
trained specialist for private and commercial orders.

The MINERGIE® standard is a voluntary building standard that enables the rational use of energy and the widespread use of renewable energies while improving the quality of life, ensuring competitiveness and reducing environmental pollution.

The following requirements must be met:
- Primary requirement for the building envelope
- Air renewal by means of comfort ventilation
- MINERGIE® limit value (weighted energy index)
- Proof of thermal comfort in summer
- Additional requirements, depending on the building category regarding lighting, commercial cooling
  and heat generation
- Limitation of additional costs compared to conventional comparative properties to a maximum of 10%

With MINERGIE®, the target is defined as a limit value in energy consumption.
There are many ways to achieve this. It is important that the entire building is considered as an integral system: the building envelope with the building services.
In the case of building services with heating, ventilation and hot water preparation, sensible combinations are required rather than additions. In MINERGIE® buildings with minimal heating energy consumption, the energy source for heating plays a subordinate role. Hot water consumption, on the other hand, is relatively important in the energy balance. Solutions with renewable energies (e.g. solar collectors) are ideal here.
